Working on the program are the Oklahoma Bid Assistance Network (OBAN), The Tribal Government Institute (TGI), and the American Indian Chamber of Commerce of Texas (AICCT) as well as the AICCO. Also critical to this effort are the SBA Oklahoma City office and the Oklahoma Department of Commerce.
